Not Feeling Chatty

Sorry for the lack of meaningful posts, but I haven’t really been feeling very chatty, especially not today. I think I may be a tad under the weather with all of the thunderstorms, heat and humidity we’ve been experiencing lately. I slept a lot this weekend, more than usual. I’m a bit achy in the neck and shoulders, my allergies are acting up (particularly in my eyes) and I’ve been coughing a bit. Ah, the delights of summer. 😉

I’ve been stitching on my July Exchange gift this weekend. It’s not where I wanted it to be, but I didn’t spend as much time on it as I had intended, either. I guess I’ll have to try not to sleep through the week so that I can make time at night to continue working on it.

For now, though, it’s time for me to go to bed. Hope you had a great weekend!

Hope you’re feeling better after getting lots of sleep this weekend. We went to the lake again so I got lots of stitching in. Now I need to get busy working on my August exchange gifts – I don’t like to get behind! The stitching is usually never an issue – the finishing – that’s another matter!

Feel better soon. I know my allergies have been a problem x 1 week — esp watery eyes over the week-end. Not much fun at all. We have rain in the forecast tomorrow — so I’m going to the public library for another good book!!!

Being a fellow migraine sufferer, with similar triggers of thunderstorms and other changes in weather, I feel your pain.

    Hope you feel better soon!

Jenna, feel better soon. My allergies are going haywire as of last Friday too. I did like the ostrich joke, though – brought a smile to my face.
