Don’t expect to hear much from me this weekend. I had to leave work early yesterday with a migraine. I had a headache all day, as did at least 3 other people with offices near me, but it got really bad around 3 PM. I got dizzy and nauseous, so I finally gave up and went home. The ride home was miserable…<\/p>\n
Anyway, the headache is gone now, but this weekend is NAS (Not Attending Savannah) stitching weekend. A group of cyberstitcher friends are at a stitching retreat in Savannah, Georgia this weekend, so some of us who weren’t able to go are trying to not only live vicariously through the attendees but we’re also attempting to reproduce the experience by stitching a project from each of the 3 designers who are teaching in Savannah this weekend. (Wow, what a run-on sentence!)<\/p>\n
It’s an ambitious goal to finish all 3 projects this weekend, but we’ll see. So far, I have only finished the first project – a free bookmark design from Thea Dueck of The Victoria Sampler<\/a> called Friends Count.
