It’s that time again, so here is my recap of 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a couple of major milestones this year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In January<\/strong>, I accepted the position of co-lead in our caregivers employee resource group and am grateful for the ability to support my fellow caregivers at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February<\/strong>, I earned my delayed promotion to Principal Technical Program Manager. A title I strive daily to live up to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August<\/strong>, Terry became the CTO of a new LLC named Translait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September<\/strong>, Terry and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and commemorated the occasion with a trip to Walt Disney World and vow renewal ceremony in October<\/strong>. It was a very intimate affair with my dad officiating and my step-mom creating the beautiful decorations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In December<\/strong>, we celebrated Terry’s 50th birthday in multiple ways with many friends from across the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 saw more crocheting than stitching and overall less crafting in general than usual. Finding work\/life balance this year was a challenge and my personal care suffered greatly as a result. All things to consider going into 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 Stitching Goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Complete stitching on at least 4 Just Nan designs.

Complete stitching on at least 2 Mill Hill kits.

Nope. Kitted but didn\u2019t even start.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pick 1 long-standing WIP and make significant progress on it.
Nope<\/strong>. Picked up a couple of old WIPs, but didn\u2019t make significant<\/em> progress.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knock out some other small WIPs, if possible, like:
