{"id":333,"date":"2006-01-01T00:01:29","date_gmt":"2006-01-01T05:01:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/52.52.55.152\/?p=333"},"modified":"2005-12-26T22:09:21","modified_gmt":"2005-12-27T03:09:21","slug":"2005-resolutions-in-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jennamagee.com\/?p=333","title":{"rendered":"2005 Resolutions in Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, you can tell that it&#8217;s been a rough year when you blow just about all of your resolutions&#8230;  Usually I&#8217;m better than this!  \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<ul>\n2005 New Year&#8217;s Resolutions:<\/p>\n<li><strong>Stop (or at least severely limit) swearing!<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>FAILED<\/strong> (and this will continue to be on my list every year until it ceases to be a problem anymore)<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t be a stress puppy.  Try not to overreact to situations; take lots of deep breaths; listen to music to help distract and soothe whenever necessary &#8211; <strong>FAILED<\/strong> (I count this in the failure column, even though events this year made reacting normally to situations difficult)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establish a stitching rotation and stick to it!<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>FAILED<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Start stitching Christmas presents early &#8211; <strong>SUCCESS!<\/strong> (I only gave one stitched gift, but it was done early!)<\/li>\n<li>Start making Christmas shopping lists even earlier &#8211; <strong>FAILED<\/strong> (For the first time in years, I did not have my Christmas shopping finished by Thanksgiving.  In fact, I had not even started by then!)<\/li>\n<li>Finish Terry&#8217;s Mom&#8217;s stitched project and frame before Christmas (see resolution number 3) &#8211; <strong>FAILED<\/strong> (*sigh*  Unfortunately, this became a moot point.
