On and Off

I’m only on the computer for as brief a period of time as possible. I’m trying to catch up on blogs for today, post this and then shut down again because I’m losing the battle against head pain this week. It’s somewhat inevitable because it’s … you know … THAT week. That one week of the month where I wish I could be a man!

Anyway, hormonally-triggered migraines are turning out to be a big factor in the headache equation again, so I’m back to the point where this whole mess started, which is when I first started to menstruate. Hey, at least it’s a predictable cycle, right? 😆

Oh, and thank you to everyone for the kind comments on my post yesterday. I feel that regardless of what anyone’s particular thoughts on the war are, we should support our troops because they are doing the most difficult job that I can imagine. Regardless of what the orders are or who is giving them. So, thanks for showing your support, love and caring. 🙂

And now, folks, it is time for me to drug up and lay down. Tah!

Hi Jenna! I’m sorry to hear you’ve been suffering with head pain. I know what you mean..I often wish I were a man that week too! LOLOLOL

I was sorry to hear about your fellow classmate. I agree with you..regardless of how you feel about the war…death is nondiscriminating…and he touched lives no matter that he was a solider. He obviously touched yours somehow by your remembering him…:) Rest in peace dear Travis Zimmerman! God bless you and keep all of your fellow soliders safe!

Have a great day! Hope you feel better soon!

Poor Jenna! Do take those drugs and get some rest. There are definitely some benefits to menopause. 🙂

You know, it’s weird… menstrual headaches are the only headaches I don’t ever get. I guess even amidst my daily medications and prescription migraine meds, I should consider myself somewhat lucky at times, huh?

Take it easy, Jenna! Sending you lots of migraine-free good wishes!

Oh, dear Jenna… Do keep away from the computer. My migraines started as well yesterday. (They’re starting earlier each month) 🙁 But this isn’t half as bad as the headaches you used to have daily, is it? And as you say, at least we know when those are coming 😉

You are so right about the war. My heart aches for every family who loses a son, father, brother, cousin or friend to this war – or to any war.

(((((hugs))))) I still have to answer your email – I do think of you daily though, but the days are just too short!
