Finished – Mill Hill – Scissor Pocket – Iris Maize Sampler

I beaded the necklace portion of the scissor pocket last night, so, as I predicted, here is my finish:

I decided to leave off the “fringe,” but I value the opinions of my readers, so I’m curious as to what you think. Take a look at the finished photo above and compare it to the stock photo from Mill Hill that I posted a couple of days ago and let me know what you think. Fringe (tassel) or no fringe?

    It’s a spectacular finish!
I like the fringe on it, but I’m a fringy kind of girl! It’s beautiful either way!

I think it came out fabulously, Jenna!

  3. Angela says:

fringeless… and it looks fantastic. 🙂

  4. monique says:

Oh I agree with you! No fringe is definitely better 🙂

I don’t especially like the tasselly thing suggested. But I think a shorter fringe all the way along the bottom would look nice. (Way to throw a 3rd option into the ring!) Either way, it’s lovely 🙂

It looks nice. I like the fringe. 🙂

Your scissor pocket finish is gorgeous, and I think it looks lovely without the beaded dangly bit on the bottom 🙂

Another beautiful finish! I think no fringe was the way to go. At least not the tassle thingy they had planned. Now, a row of actual beaded fringe along the bottom – that I might go for!
